We are beyond proud to announce the inaugural ‘Comedy at The Leadworks’ show! This is a brand new comedy night happening at Plymouth’s coolest new venue – The Leadworks in Stonehouse. Each month there will be a ‘as seen on TV’ headliner and we start with the incredible Jessica Fostekew.
Jessica Fostekew is a comedian, actor and writer, whose latest stand up show, “Hench” was nominated for the 2019 Edinburgh Comedy Award. She’s appeared on BBC2’s Live at The Apollo, QI, Richard Osman’s House Of Games, Dave Gorman’s ‘Modern Life is Goodish’, Comedy Central and many more. She is also co-host ofThe Guilty Feminist (podcast with 60 million+ downloads) and host and creator of foodie hit and new chart-topping podcast, “Hoovering” (recommended in the Guardian and The Independent).

Jessica will be supported by 3 of the UK’s best circuit comedians including local legend, Suzy Bennett. Suzy is a multi-award winning comic and has been tour support for Russell Kane and Jimmy Carr.

The night will be compered by Christian Russell-Pollock. Christian is an award winning performer who’s friendly, affable nature make him a firm crowd favourite.

Expect thrills, chills and the kind of laughs that you look back on the next day with a massive grin on your noggin. Our headliner previously sold out The Pavillions with her fellow Guilty Feminist podcast crew so expect this one to be a packed night!

Covid-19 Regulations: Currently no restrictions are predicted to be in place in July. However, we will follow government advice at the time of the gig. We will give all ticket purchasers information over email if anything changes.
Early bird: £12 (including booking fee). Available until Friday 18th June.
Regular: £15 (including booking fee)
Please note, if the event is postponed due to Coronavirus, your tickets will be fully transferable to the rearranged date. Alternatively, you can have a full refund, if you prefer.
